Software development
Most companies outgrow their spreadsheets long before they replace them. We build the platform that takes over: stock, orders, approvals, money and people, in one system with one set of numbers everyone trusts.

B-01.1 — What we deliver
ERP, CRM and the systems you run on
- 01Custom platforms — ERP, CRM, operations and admin systems
- 02APIs and integrations with the tools you already pay for
- 03Migration from spreadsheets and legacy systems
- 04Roles, permissions and an audit trail for every change
- 05Reporting your directors can read
- 06Automated tests and a boring release process
B-01.2 — How we work
Four steps, no surprises
- 01Map the workWe sit with the people doing the job and write down what actually happens — including the parts nobody put in the brief.
- 02Agree the shapeScreens, data model and scope on paper before a line is written, with the trade-offs named and priced.
- 03Build in the openTwo-week cycles on a live staging URL. You use it as it grows, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
- 04Hand it overTraining, documentation, the source code and a support window — then we stay on call.

What people ask first
A focused first release is usually eight to sixteen weeks. We would rather ship something narrow that people use than something wide that waits.
Yes. The repository is yours from the first commit, and we hand over the infrastructure accounts with it.
Often. We start with a two-week audit — what it does, what it costs to keep, and whether it is worth saving. The audit is useful even if we do not continue.
